Amazing find in the city!

I was so happy with my beautiful double room city view. It had a large window showcasing the urban scene. I really loved the room had a minibar stocked and ready.
The shower pressure wasn't great. The water flow felt a bit weak, something that they really need to improve.

The breakfast area had a wide array of options. Fresh fruits were available every morning. There was a chef cooking eggs to order, it was awesome.

The concierge was always ready to assist with directions. They even helped me book a tour to the Mekong Delta. The staff really went the extra mile to make me comfortable.

the staff members were friendly during my brief stay.
the room i received was not the room advertised. it was smaller than expected and faced a wall, feel dark and cramped. also, there was a noticeable sewer smell in the lobby for several days, really unpleasant.

the room i stayed in included a very clean space. the hotel provided nice toiletries, it was a thoughtful touch. the air conditioning was SO COOL, much better than other places i've visited.
